Your form is a request, so it doesn’t reserve an appointment. We’ll contact you to confirm availability, your details and the final price. All appointment dates and times are Melbourne time.
Tan and travel pricing
Each spray tan costs AUD $60 per person. Travel starts at AUD $20 per visit for the first 5 km, then increases by AUD $2 for each additional started kilometre, up to a 20 km radius from St Kilda 3182. One travel fee applies to a group at the same address.
Your estimate uses straight-line distance between suburb centres, not road distance. We’ll check coverage and agree the travel fee for your exact address before confirming your booking, including addresses near the 20 km boundary.
Your deposit
A 20% deposit of your agreed booking total, including travel, is required to secure your appointment. It counts towards your total, with the remaining balance arranged directly with you.
No payment is taken through the request form. We’ll arrange payment with you after agreeing the appointment details and final price. These cancellation terms will be provided before you pay your deposit.
Cancellation policy
Plans changed? Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice before your appointment.
At least 24 hours’ notice. Cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment and your 20% deposit will be credited towards a future tan. It won’t be refunded in cash, except where required by law.
Less than 24 hours’ notice. Cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice and your 20% deposit is forfeited. It isn’t refundable and cannot be issued as credit or put towards a future tan, subject to your rights below.
The 24-hour notice period is measured from your scheduled appointment start time, in Melbourne time. Notice counts from when we receive your cancellation, not when we reply.

If we cancel your appointment, we’ll refund your deposit.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law still apply. Cancellation charges won’t exceed our reasonable loss after taking steps to reduce it. If the law requires a refund or a lower charge, we’ll provide it.
Changing your plans
To change an appointment or withdraw a request, text or email us with your booking reference. We’ll check availability with you before agreeing to a new time.
Preparing for your appointment
Follow the preparation and aftercare instructions we give you for your appointment. Contact us beforehand with any questions about suitability, and keep medical details out of the booking form. Your result depends on your skin and preparation.
