What we collect
The request form collects your name, email, phone number, appointment address, suburb, preferred date and time, number of people and optional notes. Please keep health and medical information out of the notes field.
How your information is used
We use these details to check availability and travel, contact you about your request and manage the booking. Your booking request doesn’t sign you up for marketing.
Storage and service providers
Requests are stored in the website’s database hosted through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. FormSubmit processes a copy to send the booking notification to roxydicesare@gmail.com, where Gmail stores the email. These providers may process information outside Australia. FormSubmit keeps its submission archive for 30 days. Tanned Melbourne retains booking details for as long as needed to manage enquiries, bookings and applicable record-keeping obligations.
The travel calculator uses a locally stored suburb dataset. We don’t send your street address to a mapping provider for this estimate. Technical information is used to protect the form from abuse; temporary rate-limit records use hashed identifiers and expire after two hours. Platform hosting may maintain its own security logs.
Your choices
You can contact roxydicesare@gmail.com to ask for access, correction or deletion of your booking information, or to raise a privacy concern. Some records may need to be kept where required for legitimate business or legal reasons.
Website data
We don’t use separate advertising trackers or marketing analytics tools. The hosting platform may use essential cookies for security and access. Fonts and brand assets are served with the website.
The homepage includes posts from our Instagram profile. When the feed loads, your browser connects to Instagram (Meta), which may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details and use its own cookies. See Instagram’s privacy policy for how Meta handles this information. You can also visit our profile directly using the link beside the feed.
Suburb coordinate data: GeoNames, licensed under CC BY 4.0. The dataset is filtered to nearby localities and used to calculate approximate distances.
